Giant Tiger’s headquarters at 2480 Walkley Road has been undergoing expansion recently. A new four-storey 173,800 SF office building, as well as a 31,000 SF connected flagship store, are currently underway replacing the former headquarters, store, and warehouse distribution centre.

About This Project
Alliance Engineering is the prime mechanical contractor installing all plumbing, HVAC, and controls throughout the building. This multi-phase project is a modern 4-storey building built to LEED specifications. The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certification process addresses the entire building’s lifecycle and applies best-in-class building/construction strategies.
