About This Project
Alliance was contracted for Zibi Block 13’s geothermal and sustainability plans and follow the One Planet Living® sustainability framework. The Zibi site will be home to a mix of sustainable residential housing, commercial and office space, outdoor areas, and more. The “O” condominiums feature clean and modern architecture, ground floor retail, terraces, and other functional outdoor living spaces.
