About This Project
The Palmer is a new apartment building by Bayview Hospitality Group that will feature 266 residential one and two-bedroom units in the heart of Kanata Lakes. Working with Demarco Construction, Alliance has been providing HVAC construction services for the 10-storey building which is currently under construction and set for completion in 2025.
