About This Project
Stone Abbey is a residential project in Ottawa’s sought-after Old Ottawa South neighbourhood. Blending heritage with modernity by incorporating the historic Southminster Church into the designs, Stone Abbey consists of 19 condo units and four townhomes. Alliance Engineering has been providing mechanical and electrical construction services for this design-build project that focuses on sustainability. This commitment is reflected in the project’s LEED Platinum target and features like geothermal heating and cooling as well as electric vehicle charging stations.
