About This Project
This new 25-storey high-rise is located just west of the existing 20-storey tower at the corner of Greenbank Rd and Lisa Ave. The building will be part of Homestead Land Holdings’ Riviera Gate residential complex and will consist of 235 new, spacious apartment units that offer a convenient location with gorgeous views. Alliance Engineering was contracted to handle the mechanical construction of the new building, including its plumbing and HVAC systems.
