About This Project
Alliance was hired as the mechanical and electrical contractor for the C.D. Howe Building as part of Public Services and Procurement Canada’s (PSPC) Energy Services Acquisition Program (ESAP). The ESAP was established to source provision of new energy services in the National Capital Region. It focuses on the modernization of heating and cooling energy delivery to reduce both long-term costs for Canada and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
