This 12-storey office building in downtown Ottawa has both BOMA BEST Silver and Wired Certified Gold certifications. Offering a common area boardroom and fitness facility for tenants, the property is right next door to the Hilton Homewood Suites and Hilton Garden Inn.
Alliance Engineering was contracted for various mechanical upgrades and a make up air unit that pulls in fresh, tempered air from outside the building to replace existing air that cannot be recirculated. In addition, Alliance installed heating pumps, air compressors and performed sanitary piping replacements as well as renovations to the lobby area.
