About This Project
Alliance was contracted to update and replace the 6-storey building’s chilled water and heating plant. The CHP supports the energy needs for the almost 75,000 SF building found just off the Queensway. The Class ‘B’ building also has 95 surface parking spots and has a mix of office and retail space.
