About This Project
Alliance was hired as the mechanical contractor responsible for managing and coordinating the building’s HVAC systems in this new condominium complex being built in Sandy Hill. The Charlotte will offer a mix of different residences from one-bedroom (both with and with den sizes) to two-bedroom condos across its 197 suites once completed.
