About This Project
James House is a new condo development located on the site of the former James Street Pub in Centretown. The eight-storey building includes 127 loft-style units as well as ground-floor retail space. Working alongside Doran Contractors Limited, Alliance Engineering has been providing mechanical construction services for the project which is set for completion later this year.
