Place de Ville is an office tower complex located downtown on Albert St. between Kent and Lyon. It is made up of four office towers/buildings: Place de Ville A, B, C, and the “Podium”.

About This Project
Alliance was hired as the mechanical contractor responsible for updating and upgrading all the plumbing for this 23-storey government occupied office tower. Alliance was tasked with overseeing all the plumbing updates including pipes, fittings, and other important aspects for water supply and control. The project required Alliance to coordinate between and manage the different teams and sub-contractors while adhering to mandated budget and timeline obligations.
