Upon successful completion of this phase, we would offer the project design & development phase service to the client.

Design & Development - This Phase would include the following services:

- Detailed project scope of work and finalization of a design concept.
- Provide value-engineering.
- Preparation of documentation.

Once a design has been prepared, Alliance Engineering would offer the Project Implementation phase of the project. The project implementation phase would include preconstruction services, procurement services, construction services, commissioning services and project close-out services.

Implementation - The final phase would incorporate the following:

- Quality Assurance.
- Assignment of Roles and Responsibilities.
- Solicitation of competitive and qualified Contractors and Vendors / conduct site visits.
- Prepare Client contract or purchase agreements.
- Manage schedule / monitor ongoing construction Quality Assurance.
- True commissioning plan and reports.
- Coordinate and facilitate all Client training requirements.
- Operation & Maintenance Manuals and As-built Drawings.
- Prepare a preventative maintenance program.

This systematic approach to the management of construction projects has proven successful time and time again and describes the processes, definitions and services provided by Alliance Engineering that we feel necessary to address your project requirements. This is not an all or none approach and we have been gratefully retained in the past by Clients for portions of the services identified with the remainder being provided by their own in-house resources.
